Position Summary

We are seeking a Romanian-licensed Medical Doctor (CMR-registered) to join our remote team. The doctor will be responsible for reviewing patients’ medical questionnaires (anamnesis), making clinical decisions, and issuing prescriptions where appropriate. Communication and documentation will be conducted in English. All work is performed through our internal software platform.

Key Responsibilities

Review and assess patients’ medical questionnaires (anamnesis)
Provide online consultations (asynchronous, no video or phone calls)
Make medical decisions based on established internal protocols
Issue prescriptions in accordance with Romanian medical standards
Collaborate with our internal team (other doctors, support staff, etc.)

Requirements

Mandatory:

Medical degree with full right to practice in Romania
Valid CMR number (Romanian College of Physicians registration)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Confident using digital tools and medical software
Reliable internet connection and secure work environment

Desirable:

Comfortable working independently and managing asynchronous cases

Work Conditions

Part-time contract: 20 hours/week
100% remote - work from anywhere in Romania or abroad
Fixed monthly payment: €2000 gross
Flexible hours (with respect to response time requirements)
Training provided on platform and protocols
Continuous support from our operations and medical quality teams
